Our client provides ongoing support to small and medium businesses around Melbourne. The company are community focused and provide a positive work environment.
They require the services of an experienced I.T. Professional to join their small friendly team. Regular travel within the metropolitan area is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows based servers, workstations & networks. Industry certificates will be well regarded but are not manatory.
- Apple Mac, & Microsoft Exchange preferred.
- Experience installing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows server and Windows 7, 8 and 10.
Working from their office you will support their varied customer base by means of telephone support, remote support and on-site support.
Your personal skills are as important as your technical skills, as you will be liaising directly with customers on a daily basis.
- Possess excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Be able to work autonomously.
- Interact well with people.
- Be solution and results focused.
- Have your own car to travel to / from clients.
